When a player dies inCall of Duty: Warzone, they are sent into the lower levels of the prison and forced to fight for their lives in the Gulag. While two players battle it out one on one, the spectators are given rocks to lob at theWarzoneplayers. Although rocks only do one point of damage, some fans have found other ways to take advantage of these hefty stones.
Rocks have many purposes in the Gulag. Aside from entertaining waiting players, they can sometimes ping enough life off of the competitors to decide a match. They also make noise giving away enemy positions. Still, more uses are being discovered as this streamer quickly found out.

Streamer LazyEyeMcfly was in the Gulag when they noticed a unique opportunity. The two competitors were given their randomized lethal and tactical, which in this case was a C4 and stun grenade. In the clip, fans can see the two competitors running around, but LazyEyeMcfly noticed that a C4 charge had been left on the ground.
Naturally, he started lobbing rocks and after the third toss, theC4 charge exploded killing the unsuspectingWarzoneplayers. LazyEyeMcfly’s face instantly turns into a look of realization as he killed both the competitors and removed them from the game. Still, that did not save him from having to compete in his own battle, but it did something that most players will find surprising.
In the comments, theWarzonecommunityis nothing but impressed. The fact that he did not only get a kill but scored a “Popcorn” is insanely impressive. Although there is no reward in this scenario, the fact that they both died removes them from the game and adds to LAzyEyeMcfly’s kill count.
What really caught fan attention is the second delay between the explosive kill and the streamer’s realization. There is a golden moment where he probably thought it just detonated, and then the kills appeared on the feed. Most fans just spend their time inWarzone’sGulag throwing rocksaround the room and spray painting the walls, so to find a lethal use for the stones will no doubt inspire other fans to watch out for similar opportunities.
Some believe that there should be a reward for scoring such an unusual kill. Either deploying with loadout or choosing where on the map the drop starts would both reward without harming the balance of the game itself. Still, this was probably outside the realm of possibilities when thedevelopers built the Gulag. The streamer is just happy he was able to catch that moment on video to share with others.
