Ultimately, this comes down to traits. Traits are the most important factor when hiring inTwo Point Campusbecause training can take care of any deficiencies in qualifications but traits are permanent. Everybody knows to avoid bad traits, but which of the good traits are the best of the best?
3Squeaky Clean
Although Squeaky Clean might be the lowest ranked trait, it certainly is not without its perks. Staff can go for nearly an entire school year without showering, then they’ll clean up in the summer and stay fresh for the year. It removed an element of the game where they have to interrupt the work to clean up.
Even so, it’s not worthtaking out a loanto get a Squeaky Clean staff member. This attribute already degrades fairly slowly and showers will need to be constructed regardless for the students. It saves a few seconds here and there, which is great, but not groundbreaking.
2Iron Bladder
Similar to Squeaky Clean, this trait decreases the number of bathroom breaks needed. This is certainly a superior trait to that one because bathroom breaks happen much more frequently. Staff have to eat and that means going to the bathroom.

This need occurs even without eating at all (though please don’t starve the staff). Extra time working results in more efficiency. A few extra teachers with Iron Bladder will negate the need to hire more teachers to fill in the gaps caused by potty breaks.
1Rapid
Rapid is the best trait because it somewhat covers the other two. If a staff member needs to shower or go to the bathroom, they can do so very quickly if they are fast. So it’s a three-for-one trait in essence.
Janitors have the most obvious incentive to have the Rapid trait due to their need to rush around all over the campus. But even if janitorial services were automatic, this would still be the best trait for teachers and their assistants.
When staff is traveling from room to room, this is all time that students could be learning or doing assignments. The time that it takes for staff to move between Lecture Halls, study areas, Libraries, and Private Tuition Rooms, could be time spent leveling up students.
