How To Assign Roles For Your Wedding In The Sims 4
When players are planning a Wedding Ceremony, they’ll need to complete fourimportant categories in the new Expansion Pack: Invite Sims, Select Activities, Select Style, and Select a Place.The assign roles step exists in the first category.

After inviting the bride, groom, and guests, Simmers now have to assign four Sims to four different roles which are: Sims of Honor, Officiant, Flower Pal, and Ring-Bearer.
Players need to click on each role and assign it to one of the available Sims in the list. If the list is empty, it’s because players need to ask Sims if they want to take this certain role. To do that, simply go and start a conversation with the desired Sim. After that, click on the Sim and pick one of the following options:
After the Sim agrees to a certain role, only then they’ll appear on the list. These options are usually the first ones to pop up when starting a conversation. If not found, trysearching in the Friendly Category.
If Simmers are in a scenario where they planned the Wedding Ceremony and don’t know how to add the new Sims, there’s a simple solution.Open the calendar and head to the daythey planned the wedding. On the left side of the calendar, they’ll see an icon shaped like a pen on their event. It’s theEdit Eventoption. Click it, and then assign each role to its respective Sim.

Keep in mind that once Sims are assigned to a specific task, they’ll be removed from the guest list. If players add them back, then the Sims will be taken out of their role list. Therefore,Simmers can’t re-add the selected Sims to the guests' list, or they won’t perform their role once the wedding begins.
