10Alekhine’s Gun 36/100
Playing as a Russian assassin working with the CIA might sound like an interesting premise, butAlekhine’s Gundoes nothing but deliver disappointment. From graphics that look like they could have been from a 2008 shooter game to clunky gameplay, it brutally fails to achieve the smooth FPS experience it promises in a highly misleading trailer.
The voice acting is deplorable, and it almost seems like the game was released far too early for the market. All thatAlekhine’s Gunachieves is make theHitmanfranchise look even more amazing.

9Eternity: The Last Unicorn 36/100
New, successful games in the fantasy genre are not easy to make, andEternity: The Last Unicornhad to learn this truth the hard way. The game aspires to more than it can afford to become with its limited resources.
Buggy gameplay, unfinished graphics and a fairly amateur look to the game make it evident it needs a lot of work to be able to grab anyone’s attention. With the combat and camera movement so annoying and limited, you’re better off investing in a fantasy RPG from a major studio than putting all your hopes into this mess.

8Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 32/100
There’s no denying that this franchise has been extremely popular since its conception. However, when a well-established franchise is unable progress and become better over time, it’s a bit of an issue. That’s exactly the problem people have withTony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5.
Despite large patches that were meant to fix the main issues of the game, it’s a big no-no to bring a buggy and badly performing game of a popular franchise to the market without proper revision. For something so big as this, we expected more, and so did all the disappointed fans that consider this the worst in the series.

7Dino Dini’s Kick Off Revival 31/100
Nostalgia is one of the best currencies that gaming companies can bank on. However, failing to deliver a proper remake of an iconic game is a crime of the highest degree, and that’s exactly what makesDino Dini’s Kick Off Revivalso bad.
The original fans ofKick Offwere severely disappointed when this remake came out and failed to deliver anything worthwhile. With such horrible gameplay and a limited audience in an era where most young gamers have better football games to invest in, it simply doesn’t stand a chance.

6Ghostbusters 30/100
Bad games are usually characterized by an amateur and unfinished look.Ghostbusters, the game published in 2016 and not the one released recently in October 2019, is just that: a slap on the face after the developers tried to grab your cash. Not only does the game look horrid, it’s so poorly made that one has to wonder how it ever got released in the first place.
From terrible writing to gameplay that’s bound to put you to sleep within minutes, as well as amateur sound design, anyone who spent money on this game should be angry at what they got in return.

5Air Conflicts: Vietnam Ultimate Edition 30/100
When the whole point of a simulation is to be as realistic as possible and the game fails to deliver that, you know it’s a terrible game.Air Conflictspretends to be more than it actually is: a bad flight simulator with graphics that look like this game had originally been made in the early 2000s.
And if the look of the game isn’t enough to turn you away, the controls are equally as bad and extremely user-unfriendly. This truly is the worst of all simulations, especially given that it was released in the most recent half of the last twenty years.

4The Quiet Man 29/100
If you ever wondered what it would feel like to play a game without sound,The Quiet Manhas the answer for you. You play as a deaf man, which would be an interesting concept if developers had realized that being deaf doesn’t mean the world around you cannot be comprehended. That’s not the worst part, however.
With more cutscenes available than actual engaging gameplay, it feels as though you’re watching a movie where you get to only play the fight scenes. On top of that these fight scenes have terrible gameplay mechanics, which is why this game that had so much promise is now one of the worst out there.

3Basement Crawl 27/100
Bombermanis one of the most iconic games in the history of gaming. Since then the franchise has grown a lot and become much more refined, with various remakes and spin-offs. Unfortunately, not all versions of the game are equally good, as illustrated byBasement Crawl.
The game is marketed as a horror party game withBombermanmechanics, but how exactly the horror aspect comes into play is largely unclear. It seems this is still the same game, but with a different themed look, and nothing new to the game itself.

One would think combining motorcycles and combat would be a great idea for a game, and while this is true and well done in games likeGTA V, inRoad Rage it’s done so poorly it’s more comedic than cool. The problem lies in its poor controls and terrible physics engine, which takes away from the experience and the immersion.

Worse yet, the graphics of the game make Road Rage look like it was made ten years before its actual release in 2017. With such a bad look, it’s no wonder players were furious after purchasing it.
1Afro Samurai 2: Revenge Of Kuma Volume One 21/100
There’s no tragedy greater thanAfro Samurai 2. The idea is good, the art style is unique, but the game just doesn’t hold up on any level. The voice acting is ridiculously bad, the fighting scenes and the mechanics are so choppy that this game shouldn’t even deserve a spot on the shelves for PS4.
If you’re looking for a throwback to the PS2 days of gaming, this is definitely for you, because the graphics and level design look just like something a beginner designer would have made for their very first game. Terrible in every regard, the game is an insult to what it really could have become.
