Brewster is given a bigger role inNew Leaf, where players can actually work part-time in the cafe, serving the town’s villagers cups of coffee that are customized to their preferences. Therefore, withNew Horizonsseemingly not offering the same kind of features asNew Leaf, it is understandable why fans would express their frustration about the update.

Several Redditors have posted their own threads on the online platform to voice out their disappointment in the lack of activities in Brewster’s cafe. User buymetroiddread posted that they were expecting a lot more from their interactions withBrewster inAnimal Crossing: New Horizons. They had hoped that the update would also include the interesting part-time mini-game into the title.
