The main character sneaks around the camp and then uses what seems to be the Fear spell. After that, he reverse-pickpockets several invisibility potions to these enemies, then runs towards the water. After that, the character attacks the enemies using a spell from afar. Finally, he fast travels to the location and sees the three enemies being killed by the shots.
In the comments of the post, which received over 3,200 upvotes, Walter-fring explained how the trick shot works. They crafted invisibility potions with the side effect of damaging health by using Chaurus Eggs, Crimson Ninroot, and Deathbell. According to them, it’s important that the purity perk is not unlocked for this trick to work. When affected by fear, the characters will drink the invisibility potion, thus taking damage and becoming weaker targets. Walter-fring’s reasoning for this plan started when they noticed thatthe vampires inSkyrimused to cast invisibility and tried to flee when they had low health, so they believed the pirates would act similarly, and they did. When they are already weakened by the potion, the player can shoot the magic projectiles from a distance, and then fast travel to the area, as projectiles are preserved during fast travel, and watch as the enemies drop dead.
