This release date can be found in the pre-order listing from an Australian retailer, Gorilla Gaming. First spotted by Comicbook, the listing shows the pre-order price of $89 for the PlayStation 5 version of the game, with the release date right below it. Howevere, there is a distinct possibility that the release date is just a placeholder.
TheSilent Hill 2remake is reportedly nearly finished, with the Bloober Team CEO stating that the game’s debut and promotion will be handled by Konami and its advertising partners. As such, a September release window might seem plausible. However, no official announcement has been made regarding this release date. Because of this, it’s still better to wait for an official confirmation from Konami about the release date ofSilent Hill 2.
