Now, the Year of the Dragon features Drampa as its starring Pokemon alongside plenty of other Dragons.

Alongside the plethora of Pokemon spawns,Pokemon GO’s Lunar New Year will also feature plenty of other bonuses for participating players. Players will see an increased chance forLucky Pokemon appearing through in-game trades, as well as an increased chance to become Lucky Friends. The event will also feature a Global Challenge tasking the global playerbase with completing 1,000,000,000 Nice Throws during the event. Clearing certain thresholds will unlock unspecified exclusive bonuses that will run throughout the remainder of the event.
