Players need 50 Inkay Candy to evolve it into Malamar. Obtaining the Candy can be sped up by using Pinap Berries while catching one. Trainers can also make Inkay their buddy to earn candy or useRare Candyinstead.

How to Get Inkay in Pokemon GO
