WhilePokemonlore enthusiasts have a number of different theories regarding these perplexing creatures, there’s no doubt about their influence over Pokemon fan art since the release of the latest core-series games. The awesome and equally unusual appearances of these Paradox Pokemon have spurred countless fans toredesign some of their favorite Pokemonin the same styles, which is exactly the case for the user HappyGamerNick on Reddit who set about recreating Bulbasaur and its evolutionary line as prehistoric Paradox Pokemon. These fantastic designs seem to depict the Pokemon as Grass and Ground-types, with each form sporting new colorations and notably sharp teeth.
Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, and Venusaur certainly aren’t the only Pokemon to receive fanmade Paradox forms, nor are they the only starter Pokemon to get the treatment. The introduction of Paradox Pokemon has led to all sorts of Pokemon from community favorites toLegendary Pokemon getting fanmade Paradox forms, including many of the starter Pokemon from across the 9 generations ofPokemongames. ThoughPokemon Scarlet and Violetsadly fall short when it comes to graphics and overall performance, their character designs and storytelling have been considered nothing short of stellar by many fans, andParadox Pokemon are an essential part of the games' deep plot. The games' ending has certainly left a lot of fans with more questions than they began with, and it seems likely thatScarlet and Violet’s DLC will shed light on some of the remaining mysteries that surround Paradox Pokemon and the Terastal phenomenon as a whole.
