There are plenty of achievements inOverwatch 2that really test players' skills with certain heroes, and one player even manages to unlock a particularly challenging achievement for Junker Queen while not even playing as her. This achievement might stick out to some Junker Queen mains who are still chasing the challenge inOverwatch 2, and involves applying the “bleed” effect to enemies seven times as Junker Queen within a short duration.

The release ofOverwatch 2marked a new era for Blizzard’s hero-based FPS title, making several drastic changes to the game’s core formula while also introducing three new heroes for players to try out. Sojourn, Junker Queen, and Kiriko have since been followed up withseveral more additions toOverwatch 2’s growing hero rosterwith each new season, with Blizzard planning to add many more characters to the game in the future. Junker Queen is a rather unique tank character, bringing a new perspective on the close-and-personal type of playstyle through the use of several edged weapons and abilities, many of which can inflict a bleeding effect to enemies.

Along with each new character,Overwatch 2has also introduced new achievementswhich drive players to perfect their understanding of every new hero. Among these challenges is the “Adrenaline Junkie” achievement, which tasks players with inflicting seven active bleed wounds as Junker Queen at the same time. One player, jackfromstarhill on Reddit, posted a clip which features them obtaining this achievement in the most unexpected way possible: by pulling off an impressive play as Echo while duplicating an enemy Junker Queen. The clip shows them unleashing multiple abilities at once, tearing through the enemy team and even scoring a full team kill.

WithOverwatch 2reducing team sizes to just 5 players, many players make the mistake of thinking that the bleed effect has to be applied to 7 different enemies to unlock the achievement. This thankfully is not the case though, as the bleed effect can be stacked on a single target by combining several attacks. This means that, in theory, the achievement can be obtained by attacking a group of less than 5 players, though perfect enemy positioning and careful ability management is still required to pull it off. At the present time, little over 1% of players have managed to add this achievement to their collections.

The turbulent state ofOverwatch 2’s hero balancing lately has led to rapid shifts in Junker Queen’s popularity in matches. While originally she wasn’t considered to be as capable as other tanks on the roster, several balancing tweaks have since seen drastic improvements to her survivability, making her a more commonly-encountered foe during matches. It’s safe to say thatOverwatch 2still has a ways to go in terms of balancing, as Blizzard has recently revealed that an upcoming patch will seechanges to a fan-favorite support character inOverwatch 2.

Overwatch 2is available in early access on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
