For a long time,One Piecefans were under the impression that the Five Elders were the true sovereigns of the World Government, but in the Levely arc, they were proven wrong. The Five Elders were seen bowing before a shadowy figure, and this individual is known as Im or Imu.
Given the status of the Five Elders, this clearly meant that Imu was superior to them in terms of rank and power. Imu is the owner of the Empty Throne, which puts them at the very top of the world. For unknown reasons, Imu’s existence has been kept a secret from the rest of the world, but in the latest chapter ofOne Piece, they made another appearance and gave the fans a glimpse of their possible power.

The Destruction Of Lulusia Kingdom
The Revolutionary Army was in a state of chaos after the recent revelationthat Nefertari Cobra was killed by Sabo. Dragon and the others wanted to know what exactly happened, and so they decided to question Kuma, but before the former Warlord could give them the answers, the Transponder Snail started ringing. Koala wasted no time in picking it up as she thought it could be Sabo, and she was absolutely correct. Sabo had finally called the Revolutionary Army to clear up his name, but Oda did not follow up with what happened afterward until chapter 1060.
In the latest chapter, it was revealed that Sabo was on Lulusia Island. The islanders had rebelled against King Seki and thrown him and his wife in jail. Due to the nation being in a state of turmoil, it was the best place for Sabo to hide. The Navy managed to trace Sabo’s call and disclosed his location to the Five Elders. In his call to Dragon, Sabo made it clear that he was not responsible for the death of Nefertari Cobra. In addition to this information, Sabo also talked about the mystery of the Empty Throne. He told Dragon that the throne, which was supposed to be empty, was actually occupied by a person, who is supposedly the King of the World. Unfortunately, before Sabo could reveal anything else, the entire island was destroyed.

Imu’s Power?
As the ruler of the world, it is plausible to assume that Imu has a great deal of power, and no person can match it. The destruction of the Lulusia Kingdom is undoubtedly linked to Imu and his power, so the question is what could his power be? Just before the island was blown to smithereens, Imu could be seen walking until he reached a map.

Shortly after that, a huge shadow appeared on the top of the island, and once Imu finished making a cross on the map, a huge ball descended from the skies and decimated the entire island. Moments before the impact, the residents of the Lulusia Kingdom had a look of horror on their faces and Sabo seemed petrified too. While it may be possible that Imu has anincredibly overpowered devil fruit, it makes more sense that the World Government is actually in possession of Uranus, an Ancient Weapon.
Why It Could Be Uranus
Like the other Ancient Weapons, Uranus is based on a character from Greek mythology. Uranus, also known as Ouranos, was the husband of Gaia, with whom he had twelve children. Uranus is the personification of the sky, which would mean that the Ancient Weapon would be related to the sky. Pluton is based on the Roman God of the Underworld, and Poseidon is named after the Greek God of the Sea, which leaves just the sky/heavens.
Why Oda chose to go with Uranus instead of Zeus or Jupiter is definitely an interesting choice, but it could be the fact that Uranus was the first supreme ruler of the world. Uranus remained the ruler until his own son, Kronos, overthrew him. Uranus was the father of the first twelve Titans and the grandfather of the first six Olympians. So, he has a legendary stature in Greek mythology. So, if what Imu used to destroy Lulusia Island was, in fact, Uranus, then it would also explain how God Valley mysteriously disappeared from the map.

Connected To God Valley
As Imu got ready to destroy Lulusia Kingdom, they spoke about not letting the information about the incident go out, and they also mentioned that the Lulusia Kingdom never existed. This is very similar to the God Valley incident, where the Rocks Pirates were defeated by the Marines and the Roger Pirates. According to Sengoku, the Rocks Pirates were getting ready to attack the Celestial Dragons present in God Valley. After the crew was defeated, the island mysteriously vanished and the name was wiped off the world maps.
Sengoku also confirmed that Xebec is dead, but it seems a bit suspicious that a big name like that could leave God Valley alive. He was very likely killed by Imu’s power or by Uranus. In a few years from now, it is plausible to assume that the Lulusia Kingdom too would be removed from all maps in order to cover up the incident. Since all the islanders are likely dead, no one would be able to tell tales of the place. Judging from the power that Imu possesses, it will take Luffy and co. an incredible amount ofeffort to bring the World Government to its knees.
