One Piecefans have been lucky enough to enjoy the manga, anime, and live-action adaptation in such a short time. However, if they had to pick the best one, most of them would choose the anime. The reason is rather simple: Episode 1074 was a masterpiece. Prior to theadaptation of the Gear 5thepisodes, there were rumors the entire stretch would be nothing short of epic. Following the release of a couple of the episodes, it became apparent that the rumors were accurate.
One PieceEpisode 1074 proved why the series is a strong contender for anime of the year. The episode covered Luffy’s battle with Kaido, which is heading toward its conclusion. The two characters have given it their all, and no matter who emerges victorious, they will not have any regrets. In the episode, Luffy managed to land several blows on Kaido, who looks more beatable with every passing moment. However, it is understandable considering the number of different individuals Kaido has fought during the Onigashima Raid.
He started off by obliterating the Scabbards and then moved on to the Worst Generation. After defeating Luffy, Kaido had to face Yamato, his own son. Yamato stood his ground until Luffy got back and engaged Kaido in combat. The Yonko managed to knock out Luffy again, although with the help of a distraction. Fortunately, Luffy’s Devil Fruit awakened at the right moment, which brought him back from the cusp of death. This forced Kaido to fight the young pirate for the third time.The Yonko fought somany people while holding up the island of Onigashima. All these things prove that he is truly the “Strongest Creature in the World.”

One Piece Episode 1075 will be released on July 07, 2025.It is titled, “20 Years Worth of Prayers! Take Back Wano Country.” From the name, it is evident that Luffy might do the unthinkable in the next episode and defeat Kaido. His victory would obviously mean that Kaido’s reign of terror is over. The people of Wano will be able to breathe a sigh of relief and enjoy life to the fullest.
Orochi has already been defeated, so it is clear that Wano will come under new rule. The most obvious candidate for the position of Shogun will be Momonosuke, the first child of Kozuki Oden. Momonosuke has had to endure a lot, but he stayed strong and continued to fight for the sake of his people. He hasgrown both physically and mentally. He realizes the importance of freeing Wano and helping his people to live in peace and tranquility.
Kaido and Luffy will both be looking at their respective arsenals for their strongest attacks. Both pirates are low on stamina, and they cannot keep fighting for long. Kaido doesnot have an awakening, but there is a chance he has been saving a notable attack for last. Luffy, on the other hand, has been enjoying the fight ever since he awakened his Devil Fruit. It is plausible to assume that Luffy has more tricks in his locker. He has made things more lighthearted with his antics. Oda expressed his desire to subvert regular shonen tropes of serious power-ups and fights, and he managed to achieve it with Gear 5.
