The PlayStation 5 game reveal event was originally scheduled to take place on Thursday, June 4. However, out of respect for the Black Lives Matter movement and protests taking place all over the world, Sony ultimately decided topostpone the PS5 reveal event to a later date. And now, while an official announcement has yet to happen, it seems that the new PS5 reveal date has been leaked online.
Twitter user Nibellion, known for sharing accurate leaks and the like, has discovered a Twitch ad that reveals the new PS5 game reveal date. Assuming the ad is correct, the new PS5 game reveal date is Thursday, June 11 at 9:00pm BST, which translates to 3:00pm CST. This is exactly one week from when the originalPS5 game reveal eventwas supposed to take place, so it makes sense as the new date.
