Summary

The early access release date for Omni-Man inMortal Kombat 1has leaked online, matching a previous leak about the DLC characters' release dates. Like other recentMortal Kombatgames,Mortal Kombat 1’s launch is only the beginning. NetherRealm plans on supportingMortal Kombat 1for the long haul with updates and paid DLC, including six characters set to be added as part of Kombat Pack 1.

Mortal Kombat 1Kombat Pack 1 will feature a mix of guest characters and originalMKfighters, as has been tradition for over a decade now. The firstMortal Kombat 1DLC character will beInvincible’s Omni-Man, currently confirmed for a vague November 2023 release. Omni-Man will be followed by Quan Chi in Winter 2023/2024, then Peacemaker, Ermac, Homelander, and finally, Takeda Takahashi.

At the time of this writing, allMortal Kombat 1fans know in an official capacity arerelease windows for theMK1DLC characters, no specific release dates. However, it was recently leaked by the Xbox Store that theMortal Kombat 1Omni-Man early access release date is November 6, which matches up with a previous potential leak that came the way of PlayStation Support. Quan Chi will be available on December 18, while Peacemaker will come to Mortal Kombat 1 on February 4. Ermac will supposedly join the roster on March 5, with Homelander set to drop May 13. And finally, the lastMortal Kombat 1DLC character, Takeda Takahashi, is supposedly coming to the game on July 1. However, fans should take these dates with a massive grain of salt. Some of them are on odd days of the week to add new video game content (typically this happens on Tuesdays and Fridays), and that combined with just how far out we are from some of these dates makes them questionable.

Leaked Mortal Kombat 1 DLC Character Release Dates

Time will tell if theseMortal Kombat 1DLC character release dates are accurate or not. Fans may also be excited to learn if theotherMortal Kombat 1leakshave any truth to them. If the leaks are to be believed, NetherRealm has a second Kombat Pack in the works, one that will follow in the footsteps of Kombat Pack 1 by including threeMortal Kombatcharacters and three guest fighters.

If those leaks are accurate,Mortal Kombat 1Kombat Pack 2 will featureDeathstroke, Doomslayer, Harley Quinn, Kano, Noob Saibot, and Sareena. IfMortal Kombat 1Kombat Pack 2 exists, fans likely won’t learn anything about it until some time after Takeda comes to the game, so don’t expect to get any confirmation on these leaks until late 2024 at the earliest.

Mortal Kombat 1is out now for PC, PS5, Switch, and Xbox Series X.
