Flower Points (FP) are what you need to perform attacks such as Shell Slam, but this can be a problem if you’re not leveling up your FP or if your FP is low. In the beginning chapters ofPaper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, you’ll likely use FP-replenishing items such as Maple Syrup or Honey Syrup. As you near the midgame and endgame phase ofThousand-Year Door, you’ll want to stock up on items that restore more than 5 or 10 FP. This is where Jammin' Jelly can come in handy, which restores a large amount of FP.

Another way to get Jammin' Jelly is to defeat Elite Wizzerds or Amazy Dayzees. Otherwise, you’ll have to find Jammin' Jelly hidden in the overworld. You can find a Jammin' Jelly in a hidden block in the Keelhaul Key Jungle. There’s also a Jammin' Jelly locked away inTwilight Town’s storage room. Finally, you can get Jammin' Jelly by cooking a Point Swap and Ultra Mushroom together.

How to Use Jammin' Jelly
Jammin' Jelly can be used in or outside battle. Since Mario and the active partner share the FP gauge, you can use it on either character. When used, Jammin' Jelly restores 50FP.
You can also cook Jammin' Jelly to create a potentiallystronger HP and/or FP-restoring item. The “stronger” recipes can only be made by combining two ingredients. You’ll need to get theCookbookkey item and give it to Zess T. After completing Chapter 4, you can pick up the “Seeking legendary book!” at the Trouble Center. The Cookbook is found in thefirst hall of Creepy Steeplein ahidden room. You can reach this room by rolling under the wall inTube Mode.
