As for the second phase, many believe that it will beFu Xuansince she’s an older character from Version 1.3, who has yet to receive a rerun. Plus, considering that Boothill is a Physical-type DPS character, some think it makes sense for the rerun character to focus on defense.
Topaz was previously leaked as aHonkai: Star Railrerunalongside Aventurine, who is the upcoming 5-star banner character in the second phase ofHonkai: Star RailVersion 2.1.
