Several support, secondary, andprimaryHelldivers 2weaponshave undergone balancing adjustments to prevent them from dominating the battlefield. Notable changes include modifications to magazine capacity, damage output, and armor penetration for weapons like the Breaker, Railgun, Flamethrower, Laser Cannon, and Punisher. Updates to stratagems such as the Energy Shield Backpack and Orbital Barrages have also been implemented to improve their functionality and effectiveness in combat scenarios.
Additionally, numerous fixes have been applied to address issues related to armor rating values, environmental hazards, anti-aliasing toggles, and lighting inconsistencies across different planets. A change was also made regarding friendly fire, and Helldivers will now take damage from fire, gas, etc., generated by other players. Additionally, a fix was implemented for the camera, which no longer locks onto the player’s own corpse, thereby unblocking spectator mode.
