Elden Ring, the latest RPG fromDark Soulsdevelopers FromSoftware, expands the classic Soulslike formula with a sprawling open world. The Lands Between offers hours of exploration, with many secrets, bosses, and unique items to discover. The world ofEldenRingis one that has fallen into ruin, but many of those ruins hide treasures to be found.
The Zamor Ruins are one of the last ruin areas thatplayers will encounter inElden Ring, and also one of the most dangerous. They are guarded exclusively by the powerful Knights of Zamor, slender and graceful humanoids with various swift and icy attacks. However, players who can battle their way through to the center of the ruins will be rewarded with one of the most interesting spells in the game.

Zamor Ruins Location in Elden Ring
The Zamor Ruins are fairly easy to reach inElden Ring’s Lands Between, as they are on the main path shortly after players enter the Mountaintops of the Giants area.
After stepping off the Grand Lift of Rold, players should follow the mountain path to theZamor Ruins Site of Grace. The Ruins themselves are to the south of the Site of Grace, and easy to spot from a distance.
There are only two items of note for players to loot in Zamor Ruins, but they’re each worth the effort of reaching them. The first is theSmithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bearing(3), which can be found in theunderground section in the Ruins' southwest corner.
The other is theZamor Ice Storm Sorcery, which is found on acorpse in the southern section of the Ruins, under one of the stone archways.
How to Defeat Knights of Zamor in Elden Ring
The Zamor Ruins are full of Knights of Zamor, one ofElden Ring’s more deadly enemies, and players will need to be careful in taking them on. If approaching from the north, it’s important to only engage a single Knight at a time, as the narrow confines will make battling multiple enemies even more difficult.
Zamor Knights will easily dodge most projectile attacks, but they are vulnerable while using their long-duration ice breath attack. Their attacks are also fairly weak against shields, allowing most strikes to be blocked with little stamina cost.
The easiest way to sneak into the Zamor Ruins is by following the eastern cliff, which will allow players to reach the southern areas with only one or two fights. From there they can reach theIce Storm Sorceryand Bell Bearing without any further danger.
