While all Z-Fighters are powerful, it is no secret thatthe Saiyans scale above everyone else, since they are able to master Divine Techniques and fight characters who themselves are on a multiversal scale. Despite being powerful in his own right, Krillin simply cannot match up to this.
Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta couldn’t even beat this monster, so what chance do I have against him? But if I don’t try… then there’s no one left to protect my friends!
However, this has never stopped him. Even when faced with overwhelming odds and terrifying foes, Krillin has never given less than everything he can. He has always known his limitations and the superiority that some of his peers enjoy, but has repeatedly given all he can to protect his world. Examples of this can be found throughout the series, such as when he helped to defeat Vegeta or even when he recently helped against Cell Max.

Through his years oftraining under some of the greatest martial artistson the planet, he has honed his skills to perform as best as he possibly can, to the point where Krillin is largely considered to be the strongest human in all ofDragon Ball.

His mastery of martial arts and proficiency as a fighter can be seen in the many techniques that he himself has created. The most recognizable example of this is the iconic Destructo Disc, a move that allows Krillin to condense Ki into a flat disc that can cut through anything it touches. This move is so powerful that even Goku has adopted it into his arsenal. Another example is the Scatter Kamehameha, which is a special kind of Kamehameha that only Krillin uses by shooting the beam upwards and raining it down on his opponents.
