Traditionally,Destiny 2has a lot of collectibles that fans can gather. For theDestiny 2Beyond Light expansion, there are new Dead Exo locations scattered across the map for players to collect.
There are nine total Exo locations spread out across theEuropa area inDestiny 2, only three of them are needed to complete the first step towards “The Lament” quest. And for fans who wish to be overachievers, finding all nine will grant them the “Salvage the Past Triumph” achievement.

All Dead Exos are available to collect right away, so the order doesn’t necessarily matter. However, some are a little more time consuming than others. So for players looking for a little extra help for thisDestiny 2quest, here are all the locations for the nine dead exos.
One of the first Dead Exo spots can be found on the hill near Cadmus Ridge around the middle of the area. The best way to get here is to approach Cadmus Ridge from the south and head towards the left. Then, jump up the ledge facing north and the dead body will be on the edge.
The second DeadExo inDestiny 2can be located near the northeast side of Eventide Ruins. In the building with the main room that’s lit with a red light, the Dead Exo can be found on the ground next to a column.
In the Asterion Abyss location on the east side of the map, another Dead Exo can be found on the outer edge of the frozen lake.
The fourth Dead Exo can be discovered near the Well of Infinitude towards the east of the Europa map. To get there, go east of Asterion Abyss and take the path on the right. Keep following the path until there is a large room with a pool at the bottom, the Dead Exo should be on the other side of it.
The fifth Dead Exo can be found on the west side of Europa in the Bray Exoscience building. When players enter the building, take the stairs to the right and go into the side room. In there, the Dead Exo should be hidden in the back corner against the wall.
The sixth Dead Exo can be spotted in the next room from the fifth Dead Exo in Creation. Go through the door that leads into the factory area hallway. After going down the hallway and jumping down from some ledges, the Dead Exo can be found against a short wall at the end.
The seventh Dead Exo can be found inPerdition Lost Sector inDestiny 2, which can be entered through Cadmus Ridge. After defeating the final boss of the area, the Dead Exo can be seen on the left side of the room near the window.
For the Eighth Dead Exo location, it can be found within the Conceal Void in the Lost Sector. After defeating the boss and lifting the shield, the Dead Exo can be found on the balcony.
For the final Dead Exo location, it can be discovered in theBunker E15 area in the Lost Sector. When players get to the part where they are freeing Braytech Security Frames, the Dead Exo can be found on the other side of the room under the staircase.
