Call of Duty: Warzoneplayers are always on the lookout for new skins, as having a stylish look is just as important as getting a win for some players. As such, the new clown skin inCall of Duty: Warzoneis a must-have for many, as there are few other skins that stand out from the crowd as much as this one does.
“The Big Joke” bundle works likeall other operator bundles, weapon bundles, or skin bundles, as it appears in the in-game shop for bothCall of Duty: WarzoneandCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. From here, the skin is purchased like any other cosmetic pack, as players spend COD Points to purchase the design. For this specific pack, players will be spending 2000 COD Points, which is roughly $20.

As with otherCall of Dutymicrotransactions, players will be given access to more than just Baker’s detailed clown skin. The bundle comes with two blueprints for the M16 and Gallo SA12, covering the guns in blue “ha ha ha” text. A moving emblem displays Baker’s clown mask, while a special calling card shows the skin as well. A sticker and finishing move are also included, with the latter featuring a violent execution where Baker knees his opponent in the groin before quickly snapping their neck.
The skin appears to be a clear nod toThe Dark Knight, the beloved Batman filmdirected by Christopher Nolan. At the start of the movie, The Joker and other unnamed criminals carry out a bank heist, with the iconic DC villain ultimately killing off his companions. In the scene, both The Joker and his partners-in-crime are wearing clown masks, carrying bags of money with them as they escape. Sure enough, a bag of money is slung over the shoulder of this Baker skin, with the character also wearing an “I LOVE MONEY” campaign button.
TheCall of Dutyseries is hardly afraid of referencing pop culture in some of its skins, as another standout outfit recently released is a nod to Quentin Tarantino’sKill Billfilms. Mimicking the yellow and black outfit worn by The Bride in the first movie, along with a motorcycle helmet and a special sword blueprint,the Disavowed Assassin bundleserves as a great homage. An unofficial crossover much like this Baker skin, movie fans should get a kick out of seeing what other references are added in the future.
