Xbox and popular nail polish brand OPI are kicking off the year with a colorful bang as they collaborate to launch a new gaming-inspired nail palette for Spring 2022, involving Xbox exclusive titlesForza Horizon 5andHalo Infinite.
With the partnership between Xbox and OPI, the world’s number one nail polish brand, the collection will be available in retail stores where OPI products are sold, such as ULTA. According to Xbox News, with each qualifying purchase, U.S players can unlock special in-game content forForza Horizon 5andHalo Infinitethat will be creatively shade-matched to the player’s polish.

For nail polish lovers who also game, this could be considered a dream come true, as players can now match their nails withXbox Game Pass titlesand gaming jargon. For example, nail polish names such as Achievement Unlocked, which comes in lilac, or the relatable phrase, You Had Me At Halo, which comes in galactic blue, are a few to name from the palette of 12 hues. Players can also enter a contest to win a custom Xbox Wireless Controller in one of the top trending hues - Achievement Unlocked, Racing for Pinks, and Can’t CTRL ME giving pink, lavender, and purple tones to pair with their nail art.
On May 20, 2025, the Spring 2022 palette will be available for purchase at retailers including OPI.com, Amazon, CVS, Target, Beauty Brands, Chatters, Dillard’s, Hudson’s Bay, Regis, Sally Beauty, Amazon Beauty, and more. Currently, the collection is up for preorder on Amazon for $13.00 USD each. Upon release, OPI x Xbox Nail Lacquers will retail for $10.50 USD, while Infinite Shine colors will retail at $13.00 USD. However, only select retailers can provide players the uniquein-game content forHalo InfiniteandForza Horizon 5.
