Collei inGenshin Impactwas a victim of the Fatui’s experimentation, but she somehow managed to escape. Her journey led her to Mondstadt, where she later met Amber and other Knights of Favonius characters like Jean, Lisa, and Kaeya. At the end of theGenshin Impactmanga, she decides to go with Cyno to Sumeru, where she resides now.

Although initially hesitant, Collei accepts Amber as a friend in the end, and her fondness for the Outrider can be seen in many places in the game. For example, her Exploration Passive is similar to Amber, but instead of “Gliding Champion of Mondstadt”, it’s called “Gliding Champion of Sumeru”. Unfortunately, though, in Collei’s bestteam compositions inGenshin Impact, Amber doesn’t really fit in.

5Collei + Tighnari + Yae Miko + Venti

In thisGenshin ImpactCollei team composition,Colleiwill perform as the support forTighnari. With 4pc Deepwood Memories, she will reduce the enemy’s Dendro RES for Tighnari to deal higher damage. Some of her hits will also be enhanced bythe Quicken and Spread Elemental Reaction inGenshin Impact, thanks toYae Miko’s Electro application.

Nevertheless, in this Collei team comp, Yae Miko can be replaced by other Electro enablers likeRaiden Shogun,Kuki Shinobu, orFischl. Meanwhile,Venti’s place can be taken byKaedehara KazuhaorSucrose.

Team Roles

4Collei + Kaedehara Kazuha + Keqing + Fischl

This Collei team comp also focuses on the Quicken Elemental Reaction. However, instead of supporting Dendro characters,Colleiis here to boost Electro units. Because of this, Collei should not use 4pc Deepwood Memories and should instead use other supportive artifacts like 4pc Noblesse Oblige or 4pc Instructor.

The second character should be a support, healer, or shielder. For example,Sucroseis great at providing EM buffs, whileKaedehara Kazuhais great at granting an Electro DMG Bonus. For healers, players can either useJeanorKuki Shinobu. Meanwhile,Zhonglican fill the slot as a shielder.

Finally, the last two slots should be two Electro characters likeKeqing,Fischl,Yae Miko,Raiden Shogun,Beidou, and so on.

3Collei + Sangonomiya Kokomi + Dendro MC + Thoma

Unlike the typical option for Dendro characters that play with Quicken and Spread, this Colleiteam composition inGenshin Impactwill use theBurgeonReaction as the highlight of her gameplay. Burgeon has higher damage than Overloaded while Bloom has the same damage count as Overloaded.

Here,Colleiand theDendro Travelerwill continuously apply Dendro forSangonomiya Kokomito produceBloom. Afterward,Thomawill explode these Blooms and cause the Burgeon reaction, dealing AoE Dendro DMG.

For Thoma to trigger Burgeon, Kokomi has to take the field asthe main DPS inGenshin Impactand use her Normal Attack. For this Collei team comp, Thoma’s poor Pyro application comes in perfectly, where it’s sufficient to trigger Burgeon, but not strong enough to createBurningorVaporize. However, be careful when using Thoma’s Burst against the Dendro MC’s Burst. The Traveler’s ultimate will explode and disappear if it’s hit by Pyro, so make sure Kokomi’s Hydro hits the MC’s Burst first before using Thoma.

Note that this team has a high Energy demand but insufficient Battery. Therefore, players should ensure each unit has sufficient Energy regeneration.

2Collei + Kamisato Ayato + Fischl + Beidou

Since Collei is an enabler more than a damage dealer, it’s alright to play her outside of a Quicken team. The Dendro Elemental Reaction inGenshin Impacthas two versions of Bloom’s second stage; Burgeon and Hyperbloom. While Burgeon happens when Pyro hits a Bloom, Hyperbloom requires Electro to touch the Blooms. Both Hyperbloom and Burgeon deal the same amount of damage, which is higher than Overloaded.

In this team,Kamisato Ayatowill be the Hydro enabler and main DPS, and he will create Bloom withCollei. Meanwhile,FischlandBeidouwill apply Electro, triggering Hyperbloom.

Fischl and Beidou are both replaceable by other Electro enablers. However, the Prinzessin is particularly great with Ayato, especially ifFischl has all of herGenshin ImpactConstellations unlocked.

1Collei + Tartaglia + Kuki Shinobu + Beidou

Similar to the previous Collei team comp, this team also focuses on Hyperbloom. However, there are a few differences. Here,Tartagliawill perform as the Hydro enabler forCollei.Beidouwill trigger Hyperbloom, whileKukiwill heal inGenshin Impact.

Of course, there are many alternatives for this team. For example, the last two slots can be filled byFischl, Beidou,Kazuha,or theDendro MC. Childe can also be replaced by other Hydro enablers likeSangonomiya Kokomi.
