AFK Journey Arena Mode, Explained
InAFK Journey’sArena mode, you have to fight with other players and earn Points. The more Points you earn, the higher your Rank and your rewards will be. However, you can’t just go and start defeating other players in PvP battles. First, you need to build a formation of your best characters.
Team building is a crucial part of your progression in the Arena. The formation you choose will be used both to attack other players and to defend if you are attacked. Therefore, we recommend that you pay attention not only to the individual stats of each hero, but also to their synergy and effectiveness as a team.
Having chosen the appropriate characters, you will also need to choose one of several maps on which they will defend themselves. Note, that some maps have barriers that can help you repel an attack. Once you’ve done this, you’re able to finally start the real battles in theAFK JourneyArena.
How to Challenge Other Players in Arena Mode in AFK Journey
At the beginning of each day, players receive 5 free Challenge Tokens, and additional Tokens can bepurchased for Diamonds, but not more than 5 per day. These should not be confused with Arena Tokens, which are the currency inAFK Journey.
One Challenge Token is needed to attack other players once. You just need topress the Challenge button to see three players to choose from,with whom you can fight. If you don’t like any of them, then you can press the refresh button to get three new enemies to choose from. However, players can do this no more than six times a day.
Besides their nickname, you may also see their Arena Points score and overall power. The latter is the most important number, since, thanks to it, you can choose an enemy equal in strength to you in theAFK JourneyArena. And we recommend that you fight enemies whose power is lower than yours. In this case, your victory is almost 100% guaranteed.If you are confident in your formation, you can choose a stronger opponent. But remember,if you are defeated, you will lose some of your points.
Arena Rewards in AFK Journey
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to earn rewards for each of your Arena battles inAFK Journey. Instead, you will increase your point score. This score determines your Rank, for whichyou can receive rewards. There are three types of rewards inAFK JourneyArena:
